From project plans to installed furniture.
JAUSA services cover the full cabinetry and built-in furniture delivery cycle for real estate projects. We can manage the entire process or step in at the stage where design or technical solutions have already been prepared.
Project Review and Measurements
We review submitted plans, furniture scope, apartment types, and technical conditions. On site, we verify critical dimensions and identify any conditions that could affect manufacturing or installation.
*Final measurements are taken only after flooring, walls, and ceilings are complete. If measurements are requested earlier, the client assumes responsibility for any resulting dimensional discrepancies.
Technical Design
Based on solutions provided by architects, interior designers, or the client, we prepare production-ready furniture drawings. We coordinate furniture construction, materials, hardware, appliance clearances, and other critical technical details.
Furniture Standardization
We turn repeatable apartment types and furniture packages into a clear production system. Approved solutions are used throughout the project, reducing the need for additional approvals and lowering the risk of errors.
Manufacturing
We organize manufacturing based on approved technical drawings and specifications. We oversee materials, hardware, order completeness, and production schedules.
Installation
Efficient, coordinated on-site installation. We organize work by apartment or zone while maintaining consistent quality standards.
Quality Inspection and Final Handoff
After installation, we complete a final quality inspection and complete the final handoff to the client.
